Summertime BBQ

Meet and Greet:  Sierra Nevada Summerfest

1st Course - Grilled oysters with a pickled shallot relish. Paired with Samuel Adams Veloren Gose.

2nd Course - Guava-glazed pork belly, Kahuku corn pancake and wilted kale salad. Paired with Lost Coast Alleycat Amber.

3rd Course - Korean BBQ flank steak, sautéed broccolini in garlic sauce, with green tea sticky rice. Paired with Mehana Tsunami IPA.

Dessert - Red, white and blue berry terrine. Paired with Rogue Double Chocolate Stout.

$50 per person (plus tax and gratuity).  Reservations required. Call 545-1115.
